Replace Timber floor with Scyon Secura interior flooring.

I am about to undertake a renovation involving building a new family room adjacent to and opening onto an existing kitchen. We plan to tile both the new room and the renovated kitchen with same tiles.
Kitchen is baltic pine floor over a cellar. There are significant problems with the kitchen floor in that it is not level and has a lot of movement. There is also a fireplace to be removed in the kitchen. There is also a hatch in the floor for access to the cellar staircase.
The floorboards will have to be taken up and the whole flooring supports brought up to scratch. Looking from the cellar tends to indicate floor joists may need strengthening and aligning. The areas around the removed fireplace will need to be filled in. My current thinking is that it would be simpler to just replace the floor with compressed cement sheet rather than floor boards again. This would allow direct fixing of the tiles to the sheet without need for another underlay over the timber.
Cost is not an issue really. What I want is a very good result.
I have been thinking of using Hardies' Scyon Secura interior flooring.

Any thoughts appreciated.

good stuff, we screw it & glue not nail gun shoot as hardies says can be done, screws actual pull sheet tight to joists IMO, you can cut it with an old timber blade with no troubles
