underpinned footing now to fix the wall and roof!

We have had some problems with a sunken footing and have since had the footing underpinned with a concrete gel type material. We are now in the process of propping the roof to rebuild the wall but figure the roof will also be lowered... when the brickies get up to the top plate it may be too low to put the brick in. Can jacks be hired for this?

Either lift the roof 10mm with acrows, or gauge the brickwork to be 10mm lower and grout under the plate.
