Hi Folks,
I'm painting over a dark blue cornice and skirting in the hope to bring it back to a traditional white. I previously used a Dulux undercoat but it required at least three undercoats and two finishing coats to get a decent finish, and still, there is some visible bleeding in some areas. Which undercoat should I be using to avoid any bleeding and more importantly avoid the effort of two to three coats! I've read good things about Zinsser. Would something like the Zinsser Bulls Eye Odourless or Bullseye 1-2-3 be the way to go?
Many thanks!
