hi. i need to replace roofing screws as the existing ones are rusting (we live close to the ocean). i have buildex 12g 11 tpi 50mm type 17 screws holding down corrugated colorbond onto timber battens. i'm wondering if i should i change them to M6 roof zips, or stick to the type 17. The roof zips seem newer and possibly better, but the M6 gauge looks just a tiny fraction smaller than the 12g type 17's
