Hi all, complete noob.
Just looking at a rough estimate for a job:
The current house 2 bdr, lounge dining, kitchen, 1 x bath, 1 x toilet. Wooden house sits on a 10.6 x 25m block.
Haven't purchased but looking at an idea.
How much would it cost to lift the house and put a double garage underneath (drive into straight off the street) and extend double height out the back and put in an extra bathroom upstairs and a couple of bedrooms and a rumpus room.
Kitchen and current bathroom will remain downstairs.
under $150K, does not have to be anything flash. ie: cladding etc is fine.
Have attached drawing (crude) of current house.
