Maybe the administrators can access it as an attachment (as in Noel's post) whereas us minions can't? It is attachment/file saved in a non-public area?

I can't see the attachment in post #12 - it gives the same message as above.

I can see the version that you posted okay.

The one in Post #12 shows as a line of red-ish text "Attachment 88393" whereas in your post (#14) I see it as a clickable thumbnail in a yellow box.

The "Attachment 88393" just shows light blue clickable link which brings the pic up. ( if it works!! )

The colour of that depends on which "skin" you're using, I think.
