We've had two quotes ranging from $4000 to $6000, but that's for a two storey house.

My folks place is about 28sq's single story with 4 valleys that were replaced and it cost $8000, cleaned, repointed, sealed and 2 colour coats. Looks good, painted spare tiles for them if any break too...Was in pretty average 40 year old condition before hand...

I don't know where some of these rather pricey prices have been quoted from, but, my partner had hers done for $1600 and ive seen many signs around (sydney) these days for $1400 for roof resprays. 2 coats i believe.

Be careful and tell your neighbors that you are going to get it done. Remind them on the day to move their cars if they are anywhere near the overspray. Id avoid doing it on a windy day to. The paint has a way of finding things that it shouldnt.

I had mine done five years ago simple hip roof single story, 180m2 clean, repoint, one primer coat and two top coats of Dulux Acratex

with 10 year warranty $2200

make sure its not some irish guys doing it you may end up with 1 coat 1/2 water 1/2 paint,

painting roofs is a good scam, make sure you check the guys out are lic and have insurnace
