hi guys,
i was thinking to stencil or paint over pattern on our existing concrete driveway. its a small only 30sqm total area. driveway is in pretty good condition, no cracks or damage. its a plain/simple concrete driveway.
after few calls, today a guy rocked up to give us a quote.
for whole driveway in taracota colour pattern with border in beige he quoted me $2200. which equate to around $73 per sqm.
i'm in Northern suburbs (melb). is this a reasonable rate? it sounds expensive to me as concrete rates on web are around $70-$80 per sqm.
what should i expect to pay for this size of job or sqm rate? if you do or you know someone who does a good job please let me know, thanks.
