Because of my tendency to read in the bathroom, I've put off buying an iPad; it'd become known as the iPoo'd entirely too quickly...
(although, maybe I could then re-theme 'Angry Birds' as 'Angry Tur....'...errr no, lets not go there!)

i guess being of the Y generation i like the idea of it.

only really a handfull of practical applications for it though ie:

media player while in shower.... music, tv, radio, music video's etc
internet browsing for the GF while she's getting ready, getting taxi numbers etc
every girl would want one to upload photo's of her "going out outfit" to her friends on facebook
