Hello again,
Once again after some advice:
New door frames etc for some older walls that a previous owner has cement rendered and white set. The walls appeared to be in fairly good condition when we moved in several years ago. In due course of making a house "ours" it had a good clean and some dulux 101 over it all.
However - at points where I have removed skirting and redone door frames, the paint has peeled off with the old material, leaving a lifted edge. With a rasor blade I can lift the edge and peel off sheets ranging from a 20c coin size through to $5 note. The bare plaster underneath appears that it most probably did not have an oil based sealer primer applied - rather an acrylic sealer that lifts with the paint.
There are no bubbles (delamination) on the walls and it passes the masking tape pull off test.
The walls need to be repainted obviously. The bare areas will get some Masterprep pigmented sealer then some 101 over the top.
However - how to resolve the peeling edge problem of the old paint? Cut edge with a rasor blade - peel up to the cut and simply over lap the sealer? Welcome any other good solutions........not too keen on peeling off a complete wall.......but also not too keen on having to peel off a wall after it gets painted again......

Any assistance gratefully received.
Cheers
