Replacing deck

G'Day guys I am about to replace my deck with 140 x 22 Merbau decking what are the best size screws to use to prevent cupping? I was thinking of 10g 50mil stainless square drive would thay be OK?

Hi Bob, 2 1/2 times fixture thickness is a good industry rule of thumb so 50's would be just OK but 65mm would be better. Most guys use 3 per board on 140's or 2 x 50mm or 75mm batten screw.
