G'day all.
Can anyone help me identify what has caused this light patch to appear on our dark Caeserstone benchtop? It is the irregular shape in the centre of the picture. It is next to the sink obviously so has standing water on it for periods of time, but the benchtop is a few years old and this only appeared recently so not sure if it's that. Havent spalshed lots of bleach or anything around there either. It doesn't seem to be on the surface and there is nothing to feel if you run your hand across it.
Any advice about what may have caused it and what I can do about it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

G'day,

Caeser stone will change colour if you leave you hand on it for a few seconds, so who knows. As for a remedy, i've seen installers use gumption paste to give the surface a final clean. You can get it anywhere, comes in a small white tub.
