The mounting lugs for mixers seem to be either in the centre of the brass section or flush with the back - the centre ones seem more common but I would suspect there could be a bit of "rock & roll" after fixing these vs the flush mount lugs - IE the fitting could move around in time.
Has anyone had problems with the centre mounted lugs?
