The front bathroom in our new place has only a sink and a bath.

The bathroom will eventually become an ensuite but we'd like to add a loo ASAP.

This part of the house has about a meter of accessible space underneath. There is some sort of sewage line from this bathroom straight to the back bathroom.

We'll also be removing existing vanity (loo will go there) and adding a small pedestal basin, I assume all the plumbing for this can come up from under the floor as well?

Isthis going to be a tricky job? What questions should I ask of plumbers?

Doesn't sound like it'd be too complicated, so long as hot and cold water are readily accessible as well. One thing to consider is breeching the water proofing (if it exists in the first place) when the 4" waste is run through the floor. Get your plumber in to have a squizz and tell him what you have told us, he'll let you know from there.
