Fitting door hinges and lock

Hello,

I want to make absolutely sure that I'm about to fit the lock and hinges on the correct edge of a Hume internal door.

One edge has a label about lock fitting. The instruction is a bit vague but it seems to me that this is the side that takes the lock. Is that correct?
