Hi All,
Sorry to be a newbie and potentially asking a trival question. But I've been looking hi and low for Post footing sizes to accomadate 200 x 200mm timber post and I keep hitting a bump by ony finding upto 150mm posts
I sincerly hope some maybe able to help

Note - 6000mm x 4000mm pergola
Soil bearing is 150kpa +

what zone is it? N1-C1?
Because of the large size post, you might be able to use a centre fix post anchor or pin for that post.

+1 to the pryda connection above. 2-m10 bolts through should do the job. If you say footing sizes, are you referring to pad footings? eg: 350 sq. 500 deep, mass concrete pads? then you can either dynabolt or chemset a bolt to into the concrete to anchor the post and bracket down. the size of footing depends on the configuration of your posts and wind category that applies, as asked above.
