My garage is located under my townhouse. When the door is opened, it makes a lot of noise. Is there anything that can be done to make a garage door a bit quieter? Can also hear my neighbours door when it opens and closes.

More information would be helpful.
What type of door, and if motorised type of drive?
I have a motorised tilt door that is noisy - will need to lubricate some of the pivot points and put dry lube on the slide for the carriage of the drive.
