By Law (here in Victoria) to re-level a property (within 18 months) of having restumped the house previously?
If they had given a warranty, do they (by law) have to re-level the house even if the movement was due to clay shrinkage under the house?
What does a warranty generally cover from a restumper?
Thanking those in advance who post a reply (or more more).
Btw, I will be getting in touch with the Building Commission tomorrow but having just started a new job I am unlikely to get through to them in time allotted for our breaks:roll:.
Cheers
