I've got a core filled concrete block garage/retaining wall with a house that is meant to be sitting on top of it. I'm planing on using wall plates. Any good ideas as how to mininally satisfy the the termite provisions in the code. Can I just run a continuous termite cap? There are not many termites where I am as it is mostly sand.
