Hopefully some one might point me in the right direction.

I have a concrete floor in an old shed, the concrete has been patched in places where an old garage pit was filled, and where a new door was added (by the previous owners). I will be sealing the floor, but is there a product designed to cover over the joins between each section of concrete? The joins are good, just a small crack where one section meets the other. I want to paint it and turn the garage into a rumpus room/ dining room.
The garage is made of beeser blocks which have previously been painted. I can repaint no worries, or is it possible to render on to old paint (i'll clean off all loose paint but won't be able to remove all of it).?? Third option would be a thick texture coat to match the house rendering (yet to be done).??
The house is bare brick (the old yellow kind), what is the preffered render product on the forums; sand and cement or synthetic (ie acratex?)
Cheers

I want to paint it and turn the garage into a rumpus room/ dining room. Sikaflex or one of the other polyurethane fillers would work for this and stay flexible so any movement doesn't open up another crack.

But one of the acrylic based renders would work as would the textured finishes - so long as the existing paint is solid and not peeling or flaky - so same rule as for repainting.

Most of the commercial cement based render mixes have polymers and other additives to make them adhere better and to allow a little bit of 'give' (not flexibility). But I reckon cement renders are best left to be applied by professionals - it is quite a skill IMO so not really one for DIY when it'll be the only time you do it. But the brush and roll on textured finishes come up well as a DIY job - there are a range of finishes too including fine that look like a cement render up to coarse ones that look like stucco.

Others might have a different view, but that's my two bob's worth. :2tsup:
