HI call Gary at applied building approvals. Just google applied building approvals and you'll find his site. he is also listed in the phone book I think. Gary was a builder, is a very good bloke and great to deal with. I like John Quack as an engineer. He is based at wynnum though, so a bit of a hike for you.
