Easiest solution is to talk to Rhino or Pioneer Tanks and get a poly liner made up for the inside of the tank. Cost under two grand I think.
The other alternative is to re-render the inside of the tank with a mix loaded with Bondcrete.

It will depend on how big the cracks are to what sort of mix you will use..
Do you have pictures?

This would be your most efficient remedy. Fillers or cement render would only last for a short term. If you go for cement make sure the cracks are racked out and clean. The suggestion with Bondcrete is sound but make sure you follow the manufacturers recommendation. You may also find that water has penertrated the cracks and set the reinforcing a rusting. The bag will last the longest.:brava
My experience with tanks from panel to Pioneer style leads me to suggest this.
