Just a quick note to introduce myself and my partner in crime
My trade is metal fabrication, I left the trade in 1983 just before getting married and started in sales where i spent 20 years selling all types of welding equip and ended up a state manger, I had a carreer change around 8 years ago moving into the finance area, working with one of the big four, then as a finance broker, current role is a self employed finance broker specialising in self employed and complicated applicants.
My wife is full time in sales but puts in a great job in painting (I hate) :(( and cleaning
We have built two houses, one owner built (with three young kids), have renovated three houses, kitchens, decks, pools etc.:2tsup:
We have bought this renovator on the side of a hill with great views of Brisbane, our plan is replace a tiled roof with tin, renovate and remodel interio, new kitchen, three new baths and a suspended concrete deck to take advantage of the outlook :U
