New to the entire do it yourself idea. Big home for a lone gal with 3 unwilling grown kids. There is heaps to do as the house has hit 14 years of age. So 2011 has to be it but the rain hasnt really stopped here in 'sunny'? qld to let the show begin.

Welcome. 14 years isn't too old you know. I had installed new fences for some homes that should be pulled down and started fresh.
