Smile Handy man wanted. North Brisbane

Hi,

I am looking for someone to help with all sorts of jobs around the house. Someone I can trust to be around for a while as I plan to do a number of things over a couple of years while I gather up the cash for each new project.

Jobs may include:
  • remove beading, patch and paint walls (probably asbestos)
  • total bathroom reno (will get appropriate tradies as required)
  • floor sanding and polishing
  • landscaping (basically manual labour to shift large loads of dirt and mulch around, no paving or skilled work.
  • Minor excavation of sand and build retaining wall under house
  • new stairs front and back.
  • balustrade on deck
My plan would be to assist with most work as much as possible and I would appreciate someone with enough experience and knowledge to avise me when my ideas are impractical or stupid I am not skilled, just an extra pair of hands to get the job done quicker.

OK, so if you are in the area and interested in bits of work over the next couple of years with someone who is hopefully reasonable and not too demanding, and if you are friendly, honest and reliable, or you know of someone who is, please send me a message and leave your number or email. I would appreciate an indication of hourly rates as well.

Cheers

Hi,

I'm an engineering student with four years drafting experience and some renovating experience. I'm interested in taking a look at the jobs.

I'm in Gordon Park. Where do you live?

If you'd like my contact details, can you send me a PM.

Tom
