    Default Ideas for freestanding step around low deck

    HI

    Trying to work out how to run a single step around the deck I have just built. I would like to lay some 150-200 mm width hardwood planks down and am thinking of welding up some 'stirup' style supports to concrete into the ground (essentially just a gal steel t-piece).

    Any thoughts or better options available?
