    Hi

    Is it worth getting the sound insulation between floors? Does it make a difference?

    In what context, it does work but there are do many oPtions, carpet with underlay is the best, if you own both upstairs and downstairs then use resilient mounts with fireproof plasterboard, if you prefer hard floors upstairs.
