You really only have one option if you want a plasterboard ceiling, that is to batten it and screw up plasterboard.
You can use a 16mm furing channel on a (rondo Pt no 237) clip.
This clip can be fixed direct to the concrete using either a ramset gun or hammer drill with a suitable anchor.
The overall ceiling height will reduce by approx. 30mm.
This will give you the least amount of ceiling height reduction.
