Default levelling a spot on a slab for a flanged fence post

    Hi all,
I have just had a concrete slab installed and i have had to cut the old post off and replace it with a flanged post.
problem is the slab isnt level so i need to grind a level flat surface for the post to sit on.
Any suggestions on the best way for me to do it?
The post is for a pool fence. I should of raised it before the slab was laid but its too late now.

pack and grout the post base, you can not use a concrete cup wheel as the steel post thats in the slab will stuff the diamonds

Chemset threaded rods for post flange, put a nut under flange to level base. Secure with top nut . Grout under post

    Thanks guys,
so chemset will hold better than plain dynabolts? I tried some dynabolts but found they moved too easy without a flat surface.
what grout should I be using?

Check out my go to whoa for some pictures of chemset and grouting, once set the stud will not move at all.
    Use a type A non-shrink grout.

I would be tempted to use a cheep diamond cutting disk and get the steel post a bit lower than the concrete and then use a diamond cup (much more expensive) wheel to level the concrete. If you don't have the cup wheel then the Chemset will be cheeper option for a one off application.
    Good luck.
