Thread: Problem with painted render

Hi, hoping someone may have some advice on this.
Had the outside of my old terrace (brick) cement rendered.
The renderer told be to leave it 2 weeks to cure. I left it for over 3.
Did 2 coats of primer. then 3 top coats with good quality paint. finished 2 weeks ago.
All good until this round of full on rain. all the paint has bubbled. would this have happened because the render hadnt fully cured??
whats the best way to address it. wait til it dries out then sand back all the bubbles and repaint?
