I will shortly be cutting an opening into a single brick wall. Does anyone have an opinion or ever used one of these? They can be hired from Kennards.

Or would one of these be easier and/or better?
KENNARDS HIRE® - Demolition Saw - 16"
I will need to remove the horizontal morter between two courses of bricks and insert a lintel before making the vertical cuts, and I was thinking it might be easier to do this with the chainsaw than with a normal masonry saw?
Also the wall will be completely removed on one side (flush to the existing wall), so one end of the lintel will be inserted into the inside course of the double brick side external wall, so I was thinking the chainsaw would also allow me make the cut on that side more flush with external wall better than the standard style wet saw would.
Any thoughts?
