How about a mistakes forum??

Hi'

What does everyone think about having a new section for showing where people went wrong and what they've learnt the hard way etc.
I quite often read posts that are questions on how to do things, which are generally answered very well, and I've got a lot of info from BUT I quite often start a job and then find out I don't have exactly the right tools, or there are some variables with the materials or existing structures or weather or a whole host of other things that I havn't thought of.
Also a lot of people ask if something is "easy" (which is a fairly loaded question as far as diy goes) and you get a whole lot of conflicting answers and end up more confused than you were to start with. If there was a section on mistakes/problems then you could have a bit better of an idea as to how hard something actually is and wether or not you reckon you could take it on.
I reckon it would be very handy to be able to check one section that is dedicated to where people went wrong so as to not make the same mistakes.
