    Default building a timber frame for a wall ?

    hi everyone
    Im seeking some info advice as to constucting a timber walls under my house ,house is on steel poles approx 40yrs old underneath is a concrete slab.
    What measurements should each stud be apart ?
    Will be sealing the concrete with a concrete sealer and bolt to the concrete.

    Generally at 450mm centers but you can go to 600mm.
