Default Exposed Aggregate Render (Using a wood float!)

The wooden float was the only way I could think to get this question vaguely connected to a woodwork forum...sorry! But I figure if we can have questions on steel poles and colorbond roofing anything is fair game!

Any recipe's/tips for rendering and exposed aggregate finish for a medium sized pond?

Shell is well cured concrete, but after that I'm making it up as I go along.

Bonding Agent?

Render Mix?

Applicaiton?

Cleaning?

Any hints gratefully received!

Thanks,

P
