Post Where villaboard meets the window/door

Hi folks,

I'm about to cut and fasten villaboard internally to a timber frame but I was wondering what is done where the villaboard meets the window/door frame. Should the architrave be butt up with the villaboard or should the villaboard go under the architrave?
