For Sale: wide belt sander / curved sander / profile sander

I have for sale a used TRUPRO brand "Curved Sander Model GS - 306 AF". Please see attached photos / specs.

I have mainly used it as a wide belt sander (belt width approx 300mm, but as the roller is open ended - you can sand both sides of a board nearly double this width) and ocassionally for shaped profiles (which it is designed for). It is also capable of sanding inside and outside of curves (eg. rocking chair rockers etc) although I have not used it for this purpose.

The sanding belt can be run at one of 4 speeds (adjusted via the step cone pulley) and the infeed roller has a seperate motor that has a variable speed controller dial on the front of the machine to adjust it's speed.

I have done a bit of research and found out that these machines are quite common in industries manufacturing items such as plantation shutters and boomerangs due to the foam roller's ability to flex to follow the profile of particular curves.

This machine retails for about $2800.
