    Hi from hot and humid Adelaide,
    This may sound like such a basic question but here goes any way. We would like to renovate our 1920's bungalow in Adelaide,how do we find the right company for the job when there are so many to choose from?

    Use a licenced builder, ask if they have all relevant insurance, get quotes and get to know them and a little and their background experience and most importantly word of mouth, ask around.
