    Smile G'Day, just like to say hello from Carrum Downs.

    G'day, my wife and I have owned our house since new in 1986. I've got pretty slack with maintenance over the last few years, so I'm after some better idea's so that the work I do is more effective.
    Especially the Cedar window frames.

    The wife doesn't agree, she says I still don't know where all the light switches are, but I'm thinking dementia is kicking in and I just forget.....
