These guys have just the thing...https://plastidip.com/our-products/plasti-dip/
But I have not been able to find an Australian retailer of the "dip" product, as distinct from the spray on...
We have pliers etc that could do with the product...
Hope someone can advise.
We have a good set of stainless steel cookware where the handle covers are silicon. On the 5 litre stockpot, the silicone cover has split and the pan is not particularly useful without the cover. I've temporarily secured the silicon to the metal handle with a couple of small zip ties.
I'm wondering is there's any product which can either "glue" or otherwise attach the two surfaces together – or if it is possible to get some material to replace the silicon cover.
We can always buy a replacement pan of course – but would prefer to see if the current one can be made usable again.

And.....your point is.....what exactly?
I've used this to reattach the silicone gasket to the oven door. Still going years down the track

There are slip on silicone pot handle covers at kitchenware shops.

I have spotted this on Amazon (AU) which might do the job. Shipped from the US total cost around $30 – not sure about the quantity though at 3.5g per packet.
