Default Laying solid timber flooring over winter

Thereís not much of a choice her but Iím laying blackbutt overlay 130x14mm in these cold rainy winter conditions in Melbourne.

The timber would have sat in my house for close to 2 weeks before laying.

Anything I can do here to make it better? I hope it doesnt shrink during summer.

Maybe run a dehumidifier and/or heater making sure the timber is as dry as possible.

It's very damp at the moment, 85% humidity in Melbourne right now.

June is the most humid month in Melbourne.
