Someone to do my bathroom please ....

Guys, I am located in western Sydney and have been buying up materials to do a bathroom renovation but the verbal quote has differed greatly from the written quote (accent) , so Im looking to see who else can do it for me. If anyone knows a person that can do this for me please let me know. I know there are alot of companies out there that do bathroom renovations but they are costly too, so if you know someone that will do a decent job for a decent price then thats what Im after. I realise its a difficult thing to value without seeing the extent of the work required but to demolish, alter plumbing, rewire, re-gyprock, fit corner spa, vanity and toilet. The room is 2.7m x 2.5m and he has quoted $11,000 to do the above. I have already purchased the tiles, vanity, toilet, spa, mixer taps etc etc. What do you guys think?

Any help would be great.
