    Default painting interior door

    hi guys I am painting an interior door with semi gloss oil based paint with a roller but I keep getting streaks any help would be appreciated thanks.

    Well, the standard advice is to apply the paint with a roller, then tip it off with a brush. Thinning it a little (5%) may help too, as can Penetrol.

    I've found it's better to throw both the roller and the brush out, and use a spray gun. (just be aware that everything nearby will end up sticky if you are using a standard enamel; quick dry ones are a lot better in this respect)
