Default Fixing new partition to plasterboard

Hope you all had a great xmas.

Anyhow, as you can see it the pics, I'm putting new door in for the toilet through the bathroom and turning the extra space into a cupboard. I've already made the doorway, I'm going to do the new partition wall today, however where I want the wall there aren't any studs, I can solidly fix the bottom and top but not the sides, is it OK to use anchors through the plasterboard?

The anchors I have are these

    Thanks Nathan

I would think there should be a nogging half way up the wall that you could nail the new studs to.

It's all up now, there was a beam half way up but I thought I'd need more than just top, middle and bottom, however it's very sturdy. When it's all done I'll post some pics.

Naf I would use glue (stud adhesive will do) all the way up the stud in conjunction with the wall mates.

But look for that noggin as well.
