how to square set plaster

hey guys

trying to find a guide on how to square set plaster ceiling

I see that I need to screw ceiling at 150mm centers, am using rondo track system so that should be ok as it has a full perimeter channel and battens at 450 centers for gyprock 10mm plaster

it doesnt seem to list a spec for wall fixing but presume that its ok to fix at standard stud spacing which in my case is 450mm

anyone have any guides or pointers thatd be perfect thanks
