Default Max Wall Height 51mm Studs?

Looking to frame a besser block wall with 51mm Rondo studs. Wall to ceiling is about 2.49m or so.
Apparently the 51m studs if only lined on one side should only go to 2.32m high.
I could obviously use the 64mm studs but then I'm losing more floor real estate.
I have previously used furring channels in other rooms but this room has more windows and a door, so looking to frame it.
Thoughts? I'm just under 20cm over max height and not sure if it will really make that much difference.
I fully understand I'd be going against what the manufacturer states etc.

Use metal battens on clips and save even more real estate.

I have 50mm of EPS insulation I've placed on previous walls, which is why I used rondo bg01 clips with 16mm furring channels. Furring channels work great, wall thickness with 50mm of EPS is 76mm including plasterboard but I'f I use 51mm steel studs it would mean only 62mm with plasterboard roughly. I'm unaware of steel studs that fit into clips? I'd use them but not sure who makes them?

could you cut the eps to sit between the furring channels? I’m using 30mm PIR insulation with 129 battens on betafix clips

Hi, sounds like you are doing pretty much the same. I could cut the EPS to fit around the furring channels but there are windows and a door. Need to frame around those, which is why I'm looking at the 51mm steel studs.

If you want to use the studs then fix them to the wall mid-height with an off cut of stud to maintain rigidity.
