Hexagon tiles - Sydney

Hi peeps,

I'm trying to fix a couple of mosaic tiles patches and I've got two questions for the time being.
- where would I be able to find these two patterns (hex and square) in Sydney?
- any suggestion for the fix? Tools, glue and the like...
