Option 1: The best, based on the tile size and the proportions of the space
Option 2: you'll have to cut the "double wide" layers so the join is centred, then add your single layer, plus a short on each end .... tough job but will look nice
Option 3: same as above but with all layers, i.e. make all tiles smaller to achieved the centred look.
Grout colour can help to disguise a lot of issues.
Option 4 achieves a modern interpretation on the brick-pattern look and might work best in this application.
