I have been using Crommelin Grout sealer, bought from Bunnings, for my bath rooms. The results are good.
The key word here is "penetration". The grout sealer should be able to penetrate into the grout not staying on the surface only.
I have just had a new en-suite bathroom built.
It has tiled walls and floor in room, and in shower recess.
I have been advised that it is a good idea to seal the grout, especially in the shower.
I bought a tin of DryTreat "Stain Proof " from the tile shop. Reading the directions, it appears very toxic stuff.
Does anyone have any suggestions for products that are effective, and maybe low toxicity?
Thanks
Mark
