Default filling mortar lines? already painted surface

    Hi guys

how about filling mortar lines on an already painted surface?
I have one coat of taubmans oil based sealer primer
and two coats of dulux over that.
If i make a mortar mix will it stick over the paint?

    Add some bondcrete?
    what kind of ratio?

I sure as hell dont wanna acid wash all the grooves.....

    thanks

If the paint is sound. You mix Hydrocrete or Weldcrete with the mix it will be fine.

Plasters quite often paint on Bondcrete then render over while its sticky. If its not working then they are doomed because there is literally hundreds of houses done like this.

You can have a look at the Dulux Acrapatch product too if you are just filling say roll joints.
