Default report from a reputable engineer in Adelaide

I few months ago I got a 4x6 shed concreted by the crap concreter now I'm working with Consumer Affairs to to fix it up they say I need a reputable engineer or building consultant to write down problems with my job and if it goes to court, does anyone know any engineers in Adelaide.
I could just ring a Local concreter but I would think most would not want to get involved and go to court if it ends up this way.

What are the costs to get a report done does anyone know

speak with the master builders association.
The archi-center on Anzac HWY also has allot of building related info- maybe they can point you in the right direction.
If you dont play it, it's not an instrument!

Got a number for legal advise and they say I can just get a quote from a concreter to fix the job and they could also write down whats wrong with it and also take some photos for Evidence.

I might write a letter to the Concreter and say I will take him to court if he does not do what I want and see what hes comes up with.

What are the defects? Eg; surface finish, out of dimension. How much did you pay a square meter? Did you hold any money on them? If you paid them in full that could be a problem going to court, as you excepted the job and paid for it.
    ....any how
